One Eye On Vegas is our first home bred horse. After Savingforvegas had her career cut short through injury we made the decision to breed our own racehorse. We chose Blue Bresil the sire of non other than Constitution Hill and this lovely gelding has been well worse our patience.
This horse made his debut at Huntingdon finishing 3rd in a very good bumper in 2021. After which there was alot of patience required as a complicated leg issue meant an awful long time without seeing the racecourse again. Fortunately before the 23/24 season we were able to get Vegas back where he needed to be and to essentially start all over again.
It was a slow educational process because as the name suggests he only has sight in one eye. Fortunately for us he has been worth the wait winning 4 races for us on his preferred testing conditions.
The plan for the 26/27 season is to go back to Leicester and try to land a 3rd consecutive win in the handicap hurdle there.
