Jury's In joined the ranks in the spring of 2025 after winning his Irish Point to Point impressively in Ballinaboola. After being recommended by Darren O'dwyer bloodstock Stuart liked what he saw and we purchased this athletic horse at the Cheltenham sale.
Jury's was given time to relax out in the field and started out for us at the beginning of the 2025/26 season with back to back placed efforts in maiden hurdles at Ffos Las before bolting up in a maiden at Fakenham by no less than 20lengths.
It was then off to Sandown for the EBF novice hurdle final a race we had planned for a number of months. Unfortunately Jury's wasn't able to see his race out as well as looked liked after travelling well for a long way.
It was later discovered he had stomach ulcers that were holding him back and not helping him hold his weight aswell as we would have liked as the season went on. He has duly been treated for the ulcers and he starts the 26/27 campaign rated 125 and with optimism that the best is still very much to come.
